FLAVOURS OF THE ISLE OF WIGHT

A Food Lover's Paradise

A small gem of an island located just off the south coast of England, the Isle of Wight enjoys more sun than any other county in the UK, making growing conditions here particularly favourable.

Whether you are a resident of our beautiful island or simply lucky to be just a visitor, sampling some of our wonderful produce should certainly be high on your agenda!

From jewel-bright tomatoes to flavourful garlic and creamy cheeses; freshly caught fish and seafood to pasture-fed, island-reared meat - not to mention island-roasted coffee and award-winning gin, vodka and liqueurs...we are truly spoilt for choice when it comes to food and drink.

Wherever possible I try to shop locally for produce - food tastes so much better when you know its provenance and it feels good to support the many fantastic food shops, farmers and growers we are lucky to have here on the Isle of Wight.
